      WESTERN WOODBURY...

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.

AT 4:55 AM PERRY CREEK WAS FLOODING AGRICULTURAL LAND IN
SOUTHWEST PLYMOUTH COUNTY. THE RIVER WAS RISING RAPIDLY IN
WOODBURY COUNTY. THE RIVER WAS 3 FEET BELOW FLOOD STAGE AT
4:55 AM.

IF YOU LIVE ALONG PERRY OR IN ITS FLOOD PLAIN THEN YOU SHOULD
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
