GEORGIA AND IN AIKEN COUNTY OF SOUTH CAROLINA. RAIN IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NICGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
