COPPERHILL TENN. PERSONS WITH POTENTIAL FLOOD PROBLEMS ALONG THE
TOCCOA RIVER IN FANNIN COUNTY GEORGIA SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.
