FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...WAS CONTINUING THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY. ONE
REPORT OF AN AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF FIVE INCHES THAT HAD FALLEN SINCE
MIDNIGHT WAS RECEIVED AT THE WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE WITHIN THE PAST
FEW MINUTES.  WITH RUSH HOUR UPON US...TRAVEL WILL NO DOUBT BE
QUITE HAZARDOUS ACROSS THE COUNTY.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN
