THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF MISSOURI
      GASCONADE...MONTGOMERY...

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF MISSOURI
      OSAGE...PULASKI...MARIES...

A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS PASSING
THROUGH THIS AREA AT 445PM.  HEAVY RAINS OF THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS
AND ADDITIONAL VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.  MANY
ROADWAYS ARE IMPASSABLE OR COVERED WITH WATER.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH DIPS OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM ON FOOT.
