MARINE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE 
FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF LOWER MICHIGAN
      WAYNE

...THIS WARNING ALSO INCLUDES THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS FOR THE
COUNTY JUST MENTIONED

AT 935 PM EDT...SKYWARN SPOTTERS AND RADAR INDICATED...A TORNADO
WAS OVER CANTON MICHIGAN...NEAR MICHIGAN AVENUE AND I-275...25 MILE
WEST OF DOWNTOWN DETROIT.  PEOPLE IN THE CITIES OF WESTLAND...WAYNE
AND INKSTER SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.  MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT
35 MILES AN HOUR.
