THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF IOWA
      NORTHERN FLOYD

AT 920 PM POLICE REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD NORTH OF ROCKFORD IOWA
ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MASON CITY. THIS FUNNEL CLOUD AND ITS
THUNDERSTORM ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY IN A BASEMENT...CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON
THE LOWEST FLOOR OR IN A REINFORCED BUILDING.  DO NOT TRY TO OUT
RUN THE TORNADO IN YOUFR CAR.
