THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 530 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF WYOMING
      EXTREME EASTERN ALBANY COUNTY

AT 429PM MDT A SPOTTER REPORTED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 2 MILES NORTHEAST
OF LARAMIE WYOMING.  THE PARENT SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED
BY RADAR 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF THE CITY OF LARAMIE.

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.

BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE. IF
