AT 400 PM MDT THE ALLIANCE POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTED A FUNNEL
CLOUD 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF ALLIANCE NEBRASKA MOVING EAST AT 25 MILES
AN HOUR.

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE CITY OF ALLIANCE.

TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL
INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.  ABANDON
CARS AND MOBILE HOMES.
