EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
      EASTERN SCOTTS BLUFF

AT 1008 PM MDT A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR 2 MILES SOUTH OF THE
SCOTTSBLUFF COUNTY AIRPORT MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN
HOUR.

TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL
INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.  ABANDON
CARS AND MOBILE HOMES.

GIVE REPORTS OF SEVERE WEATHER OR DAMAGE TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY
