TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  645 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING
          ...SOUTH CENTRAL LARAMIE
 
THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE EASTERN PART OF THE CITY OF CHEYENNE.
 
AT 558 PM...FUNNEL CLOUDS WERE STILL BEING SIGHTED IN THE SOUTHEAST
PART OF CHEYENNE.  THE STORM PRODUCING THE FUNNEL CLOUDS WAS MOVING
NORTH-NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 15 TO 20 MILES AN HOUR.  LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN
AND POSSIBLE FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS ARE LIKELY.
