TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  445 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING
          ...CENTRAL AND NORTHERN LARAMIE COUNTY.

AT 400 PM MDT A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS NOTED NORTH OF THE CHEYENNE
AIRPORT AND MOVING SLOWLY TO THE NORTHEAST. WEATHER RADAR INDICATED
THE TOPS OF THE STORM TO 40,000 FEET.
THE WARNING DOES NOT INCLUDE CHEYENNE.
