EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
      KIMBALL...THE CITY OF KIMBALL

AT 724 MDT...THE KIMBALL COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT REPORTED A
FUNNEL CLOUD 5 TO 6 MILES SOUTH OF THE NEBRASKA AND COLORADO
BORDER...OR 50 MILES WEST OF SIDNEY NEBRASKA OR 10 MILES SOUTHWEST
OF KIMBALL NEBRASKA.  THE STORMS WAS MOVING NORTH AT 30 MILES
AN HOUR.

TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL
INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.  ABANDON
CARS AND MOBILE HOMES.
