THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 715 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
      SOUTHERN BANNER...NORTHERN KIMBALL

AT 6 41PM MDT...A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR 35 MILES SOUTH OF
SCOTTSBLUFF NEBRASKA...ALONG THE BANNER AND KIMBALL COUNTY LINE
WEST OF HIGHWAY 71.  THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.

THIS WARNING REPLACES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING PREVIOUSLY
ISSUED.
