TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  645 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING
          ...SOUTHERN GOSHEN...NORTHEASTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL LARAMIS

AT 525 PM MDT A LARGE TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND ABOUT
35 MILES NORTHEAST OF CHEYENNE. IN ADDITION...RADAR INDICATED
A POSSIBLE TORNADO 25 MILES NORTH OF CHEYENNE. THE STORMS
PRODUCING THE TORNADOES WERE MOVING SLOWLY EAST AT 10 MILES AN
HOUR.

IN ADDITION...HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER NORTH CENTRAL LARAMIE
COUNTY FOR THE PAST 4 HOURS. LOWLAND FLOODING IS QUITE
POSSIBLE IN THAT AREA.
