THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 530 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES
IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF PENNSYLVANIA
CARBON...LEHIGH...NORTHAMPTON...SCHUYLKILL
AT 415PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR WAS INDICATING A LINE
OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM EASTON PENNSYLVANIA IN EASTERN
NORTHAMPTON COUNTY...WEST TO PINE GROVE IN EXTREME WESTERN
SCHUYLKILL COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING TOWARD THE EAST-
SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH. STRONG WINDS...VERY HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL HAIL
HAVE BEEN REPORTED WITH THESE STORMS.
THESE ARE DANGEROUS STORMS AND PEOPLE IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD BE
PREPARED FOR STRONG DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN
AND LIGHTNING. SHOULD THE STORM APPROACH YOU...SEEK IMMEDIATE
