THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF PENNSYLVANIA
      ERIE...ADJACENT LAKE ERIE WATERS

AT 715 PM EDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO AND SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS OVER LAKE ERIE JUST NORTH OF SPRINGFIELD PA.
THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.

HEAVY RANLFALL AND SMALL HAIL WERE REPORTED AT SPRINGFIELD PA. AT
712 PM EDT.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE IS IN
A BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
IF NO BASEMENT IS AVAILABLE...FIND SHELTER IN AN INTERIOR ROOM
