A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER BELMONT COUNTY AT 435 EDT MOVING EAST
AT 35 MPH. ONE INCH HAIL WAS REPORTED BY THE SHERIFF OF BELMONT COUNTY
AT ST. CLAIRSVILLE. HAIL COVERED THE GROUND TO ONE OR TWO INCHES IN
SOME PARTS OF THE COUNTY.
