THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOLEDO HAS ISSUED A
SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  445 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN NORTHWEST OHIO
          ...FULTON
 
RAINFALL OVERNIGHT AND THIS MORNING ALONG WITH MELTING SNOW HAS CAUSED
MANY SMALL STREAMS IN FULTON COUNTY TO RISE. EARLY THIS AFTERNOON THE
FULTON COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT INDICATED THAT MANY SMALL STREAMS
WERE NEAR BANKFULL. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT
WILL CAUSE FLOODING ALONG THE STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS.
 
RESIDENTS NEAR SMALL STREAMS SHOULD BE PREPARE TO MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND IF FLOODING OCCURS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS AREAS WHERE WATER
COVERS THE ROADS.
