TO FLOW OVER COUNTY ROADS 73 AND 22. ADDTIONAL RAIN...HEAVY AT
TIMES...WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON CAUSING STREAMS TO
CONTINUE RISING.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR UCAR TO
