MORE THAN 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PARTS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY
DURING THE PAST 24 HOURS. AT 1020 AM EDT THE WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF
REPORTED THAT SR 618 SOUTH OF BELPRE HAS BEEN CLOSED BECAUSE OF HIGH
WATER.
 
RADAR AT 1030 CONTINUED TO SHOW A BAND OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SHOWERS
MOVING SOUTHEAST ACROSS WASHINGTON COUNTY WHICH MAY CAUSE ADDITIONAL

ONE...ON FOOT.  TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND.
