EFFECTIVE UNTIL 500 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

   IN THE WEST PART OF PENNSYLVANIA
      MERCER...LAWRENCE

AT 145 PM EST THE NESHANNOCK CREEK IN SOUTHERN MERCER COUNTY AND
SLIPPERY ROCK CREEK IN EASTERN LAWRENCE WERE REPORTED OUT OF THEIR
BANKS. FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN MC CONNELLS MILL STATE PARK IN
EASTERN LAWRENCE COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLtOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
