SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1245 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
          ...ASHTABULA...EASTERN CUYAHOGA...GEAUGA...LAKE
 
OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER EXTREME NORTHEAST OHIO BETWEEN
900 AND 10:30 THIS MORNING. RIVERS AND STREAMS WERE COMING OUT OF
THEIR BANKS AND SOME EVACUATIONS WERE TAKING PLACE IN EXTREME CUYAHOGA
COUNTY IN THE METRO PARK AREA.
 
A COUPLE OF SMALL BRIDGES HAVE BEEN WASHED OUT IN WESTERN GEAUGA
COUNTY.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
