FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO
          ...WASHINGTON
 
AT 400 AM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER WASHINGTON COUNTY
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING VERY
SLOWLY NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. HEAVY RAINS WILL CONTINUE OVER WASHINGTON
COUNTY UNTIL AT LEAS 5 AM AND FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY.
 
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
