SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 645 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
...STARK...SUMMIT
AT 330 AM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS ..PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
RAINS...OVER SUMMIT AND STARK COUNTIES OF NORTHEAST OHIO. RADAR
INDICATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OVER AN INCH AN HOUR IN THE HEAVIER
STORMS. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH
AND WILL CONTINUE OVER SUMMIT AND STARK COUNTIES THROUGH AT LEAST
430 AM.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO
