SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  415 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
          ...ASHTABULA...LAKE
 
AT 215 AM...RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW HEAVY RAIN OVER EASTERN LAKE
COUNTY AND THE NORTHERN PORTION OF ASHTABULA COUNTY. THE SHERIFF'S
OFFICE IN ASHTABULA COUNTY REPORTED THAT MANY UNDERPASSES AND
LOW-LYING AREAS WERE FLOODED THROUGHOUT THE NORTHERN PART OF THE
COUNTY.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
