SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  300 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
          ...PORTAGE...STARK...SUMMIT...WAYNE
 
RADAR AT 11PM EDT SHOWED HEAVY RAIN IN A 40 MILE WIDE BAND FROM
MANSFIELD THROUGH AKRON TO RAVENNA. THE RAIN AREA WAS DRIFTING SLOWLY
SOUTH. THE SUMMIT COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED FLOODING AROUND PORTAGE
LAKES AND ALONG WATERLOO ROAD AT BREWSTER CREEK.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
