THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF PENNSYLVANIA
      EXTREME SOUTHERN VENANGO

AT 1145PM EDT THIS SUNDAY EVENING WEATHER SERVICE RADAR STILL
CONTINUES TO INDICATE NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS
TRAVELLING ACROSS THE SOUTHERN TIER OF VENANGO COUNTY.
THIS AREA IS STILL VULNERABLE TO RUNOFF INTO STREAMS AND CREEKS
AND ANY FURTHER RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO ENHANCE FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
