THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1245 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      HANCOCK...LUCAS...PUTNAM...SANDUSKY...SENECA...WOOD...
      WYANDOT

AT 940 AM PUTNAM COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED FLOODING IN THE CITY OF
OTTAWA.  AT 943 WEATHER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINS WERE
FALLING OVER MUCH OF NORTHWEST OHIO.  THE RAINS WILL CONTINUE
THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND FLOODING WILL OCCUR.%

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
