THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF OHIO
      WAYNE

AT 1215AM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED AN AREA OF MODERATE TO
HEAVY RAIN OVER WESTERN WAYNE COUNTY. THIS RAIN CAUSED SOME MINOR S
STREET FLOODING AS IT MOVED ACROSS ASHLAND COUNTY BETWEEN 11PM AND
MIDNIGHT.  THE RAIN AREA IS MPVING EAST AT 20 MPH AND SHOULD BE
OUT OF WAYNE COUNTY BY 230PM.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT.
TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
