SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
          ...MEDINA
 
AT 850 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER
MEDINA COUNTY. THESE STORMS WERE PRODUCING HEAVY RAINS AND GUSTY
WINDS. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL MOVE
OUT OF THE COUNTY BY 10 PM.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IXF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
