EFFECTIVE UNTIL 600 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF PENNSYLVANIA
   ERIE...CRAWFORD...VENANGO...WARREN...FOREST AND MCKEAN

STEADY RAIN THAT FELL ACROSS NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA LAST NIGHT THROUGH EARLY
THIS AFTERNOON IS CAUSING SOME FLOODING PROBLEMS IN PARTS OF THE WARNING
AREAS. THE FRENCH CREEK IS REPORTED OUT OF ITS BANKS ALONG ROUTES 19 AND 6
IN CRAWFORD COUNTY.  THE CONEWANGO CREEK WAS ALSO OUT OF ITS BANKS IN
RUSSELL IN WARREN COUNTY.  FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS...CREEKS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS IS OCCURRING OR WILL OCCUR THROUGHOUT MUCH OF NORTHWEST
PENNSYLVANIA INTO THIS EVENING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
