AT 645 PM NETWORK OBSERVERS AROUND THE NESHANNOCK CREEK REPORTED
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 INCH IN 20 MINUTES. SMALL CREEKS AND SOME ROADWAYSMAY START TO FLOOD DUE TO THIS HEAVY RAIN.
