SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
          ...LORAIN
 
AT 805 PM THE LORAIN COUNTY SHERRIFF REPORTED THAT FLOODING WAS
OCCURRING ON THE EAST BRANCH OF THE BLACK RIVER SOUTH OF LAGRANGE.
FLOODING WAS ALSO REPORTED ON TRIBUTARIES ON THE WEST BRANCH NEAR
WELLINGTON.
 
THIS FLOODING IS BECAUSE OF THE RAINFALL OF THE LAST 24 HOURS.
OCCASIONAL RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT AND MORE STREAMS IN
LORAIN COUNTY MAY GO INTO FLOOD.
 
PEOPLE WHO LIVE NEAR RIVERS AND STREAMS SHOULD BE READY TO MOVE TO
SAFETY IF FLOODING DEVELOPS AND SHOULD NOT CROSS FLOODED ROADS.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWA3Y.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
