TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  315 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTH TEXAS
 
   ...CAMERON COUNTY...WILLACY COUNTY
 
   AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS OF THE LOWER TEXAS COAST
THE BAY WATERS OF THE LAGUNA MADRE
 
FUNNEL CLOUDS WERE REPORTED IN THE BROWNSVILLE AREA AND ALSO JUST
NORTH OF LYFORD AROUND 200 PM. THE THUNUNDERSTORMS SPAWNING THESE
FUNNEL CLOUDS ARE MOVING WEST ABOUT 15 MPH.
