FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AN URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR HAMPDEN
COUNTY OF MASSACHUSETTS INCLUDING THE GREATER SPRINGFIELD AREA.
ADDITIONAL HEAVY SHOWERS WITH A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING INTO
HAMPDEN COUNTY IN THE WESTFIELD/SPRINGFIELD AREA AT 4 PM AND WILL
LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND URBAN STREETS AND
UNDERPASSES.
 
RADAR SHOWS A CONTINUED NORTH TO NORTHEAST MOVEMENT OF THE HEAVY
SHOWERS AT 20 TO 25 MPH.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
