EFFECTIVE UNTIL 915 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES
IN THE WEST CENTRAL PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
NORTHERN MCKENZIE...THE CITY OF WATFORD CITY
AT 844 CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 17 MILES SOUTH
OF WILLISTON MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER
IF AVAILABLE...OTHERWISE TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
