THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
      SOUTHERN MERCER

AT 1025 PM MDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED EAST OF HALIDAY IN EXTREME
EASTERN DUNN COUNTY...OR 35 MILES NORTHEAST OF DICKINSON. THE
TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. THE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM AND TORNADO WILL MOVE INTO THE TOWN OF GOLDEN VALLEY
BY 1040 PM MDT.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER
IF AVAILABLE...OTHERWISE TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR...STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES.
