A STORM WITH A PAST HISTORY OF DAMAGE AND A POSSIBLE TORNADO IN THE
ENFIELD AREA OF TOMPKINS COUNTY AROUND 744 PM EDT IS NOW MOVING INTO
SOUTHWEST CORTLAND COUNTY NEAR HARFORD MILLS AT 815 PM EDT. THIS STORM
WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MILES AN HOUR...AND WILL BE NEAR MARATHON
