TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  145 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE
          ...NORTHERN WHEELER
 
AT 1257 AM CDT..THE WHEELER COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED A FUNNEL
CLOUD 5 TO 6 MILES WEST OF WHEELER. THIS THUNDERSTORM HAS A HISTORY OF
PRODUCING TORNADOES AND LARGE HAIL. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE
NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
