FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE

AT 852 PM CDT...RADAR ESTIMATES OF RAINFALL SINCE 7PM THIS EVENING
SUGGEST THAT 2.25 INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE FALLEN IN THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF HEMPHILL COUNTY AND UP TO 1.25 IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER.
RADAR WAS STILL SHOWING A GROUP OF SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS IN THE
EASTERN HALF OF HEMPHILL COUNTY MOVING NORTH NORTHEASTWARD AT ABOUT
5 MILES AN HOUR.
 
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
