WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 215 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
LOCATIONS...

IN EAST NEW YORK

   ...NORTHERN SARATOGA COUNTY

IN NORTH NEW YORK

   ...WARREN COUNTY...WASHINGTON COUNTY

A FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR NORTHERN SARATOGA...WARREN AND
WASHINGTON COUNTIES UNTIL 2 O/CLOCK THIS AFTERNOON. ROAD WASHOUTS HAVE
BEEN REPORTED BY STATE POLICE ON ROUTE 9N IN WARREN COUNTY...FROM
HAGUE TO BOLTON LANDING TO LAKE GEORGE VILLAGE. 4 TO 6 FEET OF WATER
WAS REPORTED OVER THE ROAD IN SOME AREAS. COUNTY ROUTE 11 WAS
ALSO AFFECTED BY FLOODING. THE AREA MOST AFFECTED WAS BETWEEN THE
NORTHWAY AND SCHROON RIVER.

ALSO...PART OF ROUTE 4 WAS CLOSED NEAR STILLWATER...IN SARATOGA
COUNTY.  FLOODING THERE WAS MINOR.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
