THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBANY NY  HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1230 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

IN NORTH NEW YORK
          ...WARREN

HEAVY RAIN OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS HAS STARTED FLOODING ON THE SCHROON
RIVER IN WARREN COUNTY. WATER HAS SPILLED INTO LOWLANDS ADJACENT TO
THE RIVER. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN THIS MORNING WILL INCREASE THE
SEVERITY OF FLOODING. OTHER SMALL STREAMS IN WARREN COUNTY MAY FLOOD.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
