THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PENSACOLA HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  745 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA
          ...OKALOOSA
 
SEVERAL REPORTS OF FUNNEL CLOUDS HAVE COME FROM THE FT WALTON BEACH
VALPARISO VICINITY OF OKALOOSA COUNTY. SEVERAL STRONG THUNDERSTORMS
ARE IN THAT AREA AND COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO. CERTAINLY DAMAGING WINDS
AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED.
 
THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING NORTHELY AROUND 40 MILES AN HOU IN THE
GENERAL DIRECTION OF CRESTVIEW FLORIDA.
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A
BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
