THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 530 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF PENNSYLVANIA
      EASTERN BUCKS...EASTERN MONTGOMERY

AT 230 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED SHOWERS WITH
HEAVY RAIN SCATTERED OVER PORTIONS OF BUCKS AND MONTGOMERY COUNTY.
SOME OF THE HEAVY RAIN IS FALLING OVER AN AREA WHICH HAS RECEIVED
4 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN SINCE TUESDAY.  THEREFORE ADDITIONAL URBAN
AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IS LIKELY.

IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY IN AN AREA SUBJECT TO FLOODING
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. CLIMBING
ATOP YOUR STALLED VEHICLE WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM BEING SWEPT
INTO DANGEROUS STREAM CONDITIONS AS WATER LEVELS RISE.

 AN URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR EAST
 CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA AND MERCER COUNTY THIS
 EVENING.   A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE RANCOCAS
 CREEK IN BURLINGTON COUNTY NEW JERSEY.
