THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 600 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE WEST CENTRAL PART OF NEW JERSEY
      MERCER

RAINFALL OF OVER 2 INCHES IN 6 HOURS ENDING AT 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON
WAS OBSERVED IN MERCER COUNTY. THE ASSUNPINK CREEK WAS RISING
RAPIDLY WITH A READING OF 6.70 FEET AND A FLOOD STAGE OF 7 FEET.
THE ASSUNPINK CREEK IS EXPECTED GO OVER FLOOD STAGE BY 330 PM.

IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY IN AN AREA SUBJECT TO FLOODING
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. CLIMBING
ATOP YOUR STALLED VEHICLE WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM BEING SWEPT
INTO DANGEROUS STREAM CONDITIONS AS WATER LEVELS RISE.
