THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ATLANTIC CITY HAS ISSUED A
SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 600 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

IN SOUTH NEW JERSEY
          ...CUMBERLAND

AT 1000 AM EDT...RADAR ALONG WITH A SPOTTER WAS REPORTING A THUNDERSTORM
WHICH WAS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN.  THIS SPOTTER ALSO STATED THAT SOME
MINOR FLOODING OF AREAS AROUND SMALL STREAMS AND ROADS IS ALSO OCCURING.

THE THUNDERSTORMS THAT ARE BEING OBSERVED ALONG WITH THE ONES THAT
WILL DEVELOP AS THE DAY PROGRESS WILL MOVE RATHER SLOWLY.  AREAS THAT
RECEIVE THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO RECEIVE OVER TWO
INCHES OF RAIN IN AN HOUR,

IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY AND LIVE IN AN AREA SUBJECT
TO FLOODING MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD
WATERS.  CLIMBING ATOP YOUR STALLED VEHICLE  WILL NOT PREVENT
YOU FROM BEING SWEPT INTO DANGEROUS STREAM CONDITIONS AS WATER
LEVELS RISE.
