THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 500 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF NEW JERSEY
      CAMDEN...BURLINGTON...SALEM...GLOUCESTER

AT 250 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWS THUNDERSTORMS
WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE NEARLY STATIONARY OVER PARTS OF
BURLINGTON...CAMDEN...GLOUCESTER...AND SALEM COUNTIES.  THESE
STORMS WILL PRODUCE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AS WELL AS URBAN
AREAS WHERE DRAINAGE IS POOR.

IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY IN AN AREA SUBJECT TO FLOODING
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. CLIMBING
ATOP YOUR STALLED VEHICLE WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM BEING SWEPT
INTO DANGEROUS STREAM COQNDITIONS AS WATER LEVELS RISE.
