THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED AN URBAN AND SMALL
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 12 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE
FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY...SUSSEX...WARREN...MORRIS...HUNTERDON.

VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY
SINCE YESTERDAY EVENING. COOPERATIVE REPORTS INDICATE AN AVERAGE
OF FOUR AND ONE HALF INCHES OF RAINFALL IN THESE COUNTIES ALREADY.
RADAR INDICATES HEAVY RAIN HAS AGAIN MOVED INTO THESE
COUNTIES. THEREFORE AN URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING IS NOW IN
EFFECT UNTIL NOON.
