THE FRANKLIN POLICE REPORT A FUNNEL CLOUD NEAR THE REBEL MEADOWS
AREA OF NORTHERN WILLIAMSON COUNTY. THE FUNNEL IS MOVING EAST
AND MAY AFFECT NORTHERN RUTHERFORD AND EASTERN WILSON COUNTY IN
